These terms cover your use of this website, run by Basra Bay International Café at 296 Lighthouse Ave, Ste C, Monterey, CA 93940. By using the site, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you send us.

We keep the menu, prices and hours here as current as we can, but they can change without notice. The price at the counter is the price you pay. Photos show how a dish is usually served; portions and garnishes vary.

Gluten-free items are prepared in a kitchen that also handles wheat. Wheat, dairy, sesame and nuts are handled in our kitchen every day, so we can't guarantee that any item is free of an allergen. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free tags describe the recipe.

Sending a catering inquiry doesn't book anything. We'll reply to confirm the menu, quantities, price and timing, and whether you're picking up, getting delivery or gathering at the café. An order is booked only when we confirm it with you directly.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number. We never share it, or your consent, for anyone else's marketing.

Online orders are placed through our ordering provider's site, under its own terms.

Please use the site and its forms for real questions and orders. Don't send spam, try to break or overload the site, collect other people's information from it, or use it to harass anyone. We may block messages that look automated or abusive.

The photos, text and logo on this site belong to Basra Bay International Café or are used with permission. Please ask before using them commercially. Guest reviews are quoted from Yelp as their authors wrote them, credited and linked. Press quotes are credited to the publications that wrote them, and those names belong to them.

We link to maps, social media, review sites, news articles and our ordering provider. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We provide this website as it is. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law, including your rights as a customer when you buy from us.
